14th Annual Untucked Festival
May 21, 2016, 3-8:30 p.m.
Untucked is an annual student-run benefit music festival held at Shady Side Academy's Senior School campus in Fox Chapel. The event features a family carnival and live music all day. Untucked is open to the entire Pittsburgh community!
Untucked 2016 was headlined by LA-based house/pop band The Cheat Codes, and raised $15,000 for Beverly's Birthdays, a Pittsburgh nonprofit that provides birthday cheer to children experiencing homelessness. Thanks to everyone who came out to support us!
3-7 p.m. – Family carnival featuring inflatable bounce houses, a reptile exhibit, a dunk tank, face painting, caricatures, airbrush tattoos, a henna artist, crafts and more!
3 p.m. – McMahon Band
4:15 p.m. – Vertical 48
5:30 p.m. – Matt Ferree '13
7 p.m. – The Cheat Codes

Untucked is a student organization founded in 2002 at Shady Side Academy. Its mission is to support local charitable organizations while providing a fun-filled community event. Each May, Untucked hosts a family carnival and concert on the Senior School campus to raise money for a selected charity. During the school year leading up to the event, Untucked student volunteers work tirelessly to fundraise, plan and publicize the festival, while volunteering with the selected charity. Over the past 12 years, Untucked has raised more than $150,000 for local nonprofits while featuring nationally acclaimed musicians and bands.
