Congratulations to Linda M. LaMagna '83, recipient of the Robert E. Walker Award and Rebkah Tesfamariam '14, recipient of the Paul R. Pigman '52 Prize! The awards will be presented at Homecoming & Reunion Weekend, Oct. 11-13.

The Robert E. Walker Award is given annually to an alumnus/a whose sustained commitment to the Academy is consistent with the vision of Robert E. Walker, a revered leader of the Academy's Alumni Office. He was so respected for his work cultivating relationships between SSA and its alumni that in 1969 the Alumni Council created an Alumnus of the Year Award in his name. Paul R. Pigman '52 Prize
Rebkah Tesfamariam '14

The Paul R. Pigman '52 Prize was established by the family and friends of Paul R. Pigman '52 in 1996 and given in his memory to a young alumnus/a whose activities in his or her daily life or profession exemplify strong character and good citizenship. Congratulations to this year's recipient, Rebkah Tesfamariam '14, who was recognized for her important work empowering homeless and low-income women.
