SSA junior Kiran T. and sophomore Özge Ada U. were both named to the Junior Achievement of Western PA (JA) 18 Under Eighteen Class of 2025, presented by the EQT Foundation.
JA's website states that this 18 under Eighteen class is "a constellation of extraordinary young leaders redefining what it means to inspire and create meaningful change. From trailblazing entrepreneurs and visionary medical pioneers to passionate advocates who are fostering a society where everyone can thrive, these young luminaries are the trailblazers of two generations rewriting the very definition of influence."
18 Under Eighteen recipients are chosen by a panel of judges based on excellence in the following categories: leadership, community service, entrepreneurial spirit, extraordinary skillsets, advocacy, and/or any talent or intangible qualities that contribute to the nominee’s road to success.
