The digital magazine is a collection of original short stories and poetry written by students and compiled by a student editorial staff.

The Egerian 2023-24 editorial staff includes junior editors-in-chief Audrey J. and Nina O., junior Rocco B., junior Sophia G., senior Andrew H., freshman Ivy Minna S., sophomore Diya S., junior Brynn S., freshman Özge Ada U., junior Sarah V., and freshman Chloe W.

The Egerian faculty advisor is English teacher Nathan Hogan.
