The 19 members of Shady Side Academy Country Day School’s fifth-grade class were officially promoted to the Middle School on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the Closing Exercises ceremony on the Country Day School campus.
The ceremony featured several musical selections, a poem recitation, letters from the Fifth Grade Class and three-word memoirs, and a graduation address from SSA Junior Sophia G., an SSA “Lifer” who attended Country Day School and will graduate from the Senior School next school year.
