Middle School Algebra Pool Plunge Lab Experiment
Middle School students in Kelli Wood's Form I and Form II Algebra I classes participated in a Pool Plunge Lab Experiment.
Students lowered a section of tubing to the bottom of a simulated swimming pool and collected pressure readings at different depths using a calculator-based laboratory (CBL) system and pressure sensor. Then they found a model for their data and used that model to better understand the effect of depth on pressure.
