Shady Side Academy 2020 graduates Addie Todd and Mason Tomlin were selected as recipients of the 2019-2020 Northern Athletic Directors Association (NADA) Tri-Athlete Award.

The NADA Tri-Athlete Award honors area high school seniors who participated in three interscholastic sports and had outstanding accomplishments in academics, extracurricular activities and community service. A total of 26 students from 17 northern area high schools were honored. A luncheon is typically held to recognize the winners in May or June; however due to COVID-19 an event was not possible this year.

At Shady Side, Todd competed in golf, soccer, squash and lacrosse during her four years, earning a total of 11 varsity letters. Tomlin competed in football, basketball, track & field and lacrosse, earning eight varsity letters.
