Pajama Drive drop-off at the Foster Love Project.

Third graders at Shady Side Academy Junior School held a week-long Pajama Drive to support the Foster Love Project, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit which offers a free shopping center for kids in foster care.

Students collected a total of 270 pairs of pajamas, which were dropped off at the Foster Love Project in Dormont on Tuesday, May 11.

On Friday, May 7, all Junior School students celebrated the end of the drive by wearing pajamas to school.

Congratulations to the third graders and their teachers, Jennifer Riscili, Dan Stern and Micaela Tucker, and thank you to all of the families who donated to the drive!
