On Monday morning, Feb. 10, Shady Side Academy Junior School hosted its second annual International Fair, where students learned about the diversity of cultures within our own school community.

Numerous Junior School families volunteered to bring the country of their heritage to life, hosting 16 different "nationality rooms" around the school representing Australia, China, Ghana, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sudan and Sweden. Students spent the morning touring the rooms and learning about each country and its culture while enjoying food, stories, music and dance.
