The Shady Side Academy boys and girls varsity swimming teams have qualified to compete in eight events at the WPIAL Class 2A Championships, held Saturday, March 6, at Upper St. Clair High School.

• Maeve Kelley (sophomore) – 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay
• Crystal Ma (junior) – 200 medley relay
• Alexandra Jaffe (junior) – 100 butterfly, 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay
• Kira Meyers (junior) – 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay
• Chloe Wells (sophomore)– 400 freestyle relay
• Emory Anderson (senior) – 400 freestyle relay (alternate)
• Rory Engel (senior)– 200 medley relay (alternate)

Boys

• Stefan Stratimirovic (senior) – 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke
• Kevin Johnson (sophomore) – 100 backstroke
• Andrew Liu (senior) – 100 breaststroke
