Reinventing Radio:

In Reinventing Radio, the creator of the acclaimed public radio show This American Life explains the keys to his tremendous success, including the process of tracking down the great untold stories. Glass includes radio excerpts and music to create a "live" show on stage. Lecture runs from 7:30-8:30.

Gateway to the Arts partners with The Hillman to present A Modern Twist! Local superstars Cello Fury and Attack Theatre are acclaimed for innovation, yet rooted in tradition. Cello Fury's energetic, original set also includes classical favorites and pop covers. Attack Theatre, with ninja-like intensity, blends contemporary dance with live music, multimedia and interdisciplinary art forms. An interactive intermission features Gateway to the Arts teaching artist Curtis Reeves.

Enchantment Theatre Company makes this charming tale of love and devotion an unforgettable theatrical experience for all ages. Magical 15-foot tall puppets and Japanese bunraku masks bring the characters to life. Music lovers will swoon for the Grammy-nominated soundtrack by Don Sebesky. Stay afterward with The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh for a Rabbit Jamboree with carrots, punch, crafts and live bunnies!
