The Alumni Engagement Office provides a formal framework for a continued relationship between alumni and their alma mater. Our goal is to enhance the memories of Shady Side Academy and strengthen their bond within the Academy. The engagement of alumni is crucial for the past, present and future success of Shady Side Academy. Our office serves alumni interests by organizing Homecomings, class reunions, social events, regional events, speakers and networking opportunities. We welcome alumnus back to Shady Side Academy at any time and always welcome ideas for events and news to share for the SSA Magazine. Shady Side Academy graduates are part of the school community for a lifetime.

We are proud of our alumni and they are proud of Shady Side. A dedicate corps of over 5,000 graduates not only support the school as trustees, parents, and volunteers but return often to enrich school life with special internships, events and speaker programs.
