Community Performances & Events
Hillman = Community.
At its most fundamental level, the Hillman Center for Performing Arts is a community center. We are focused on performance and art, but we are also a gathering space. Students are here all day, and at night the halls are filled with community members, either attending a professional performance or staging one of their own. Let us be your new home for cultural festivals, film screenings, dance recitals, original works or exhibits. Plan your event at the Hillman!
Or, let the Hillman come to you! We love to do outreach all over the city, from the Cooper-Siegel Community Library to the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. Most of our programs are free of charge, and there is likely one coming your way soon. Stay tuned to this site for information on our appearances in the greater region, as we try to share our love of art and education with everybody!
