Overview |

This course serves as an introduction to computers, computer science, and computer programming. An introduction to the history of computing covers devices and the people that made the key breakthroughs in computing. The binary number system is covered along with algorithms, flowcharts, and pseudo code. The second half of the course introduces Microsoft Logo programming language. The class will have to write a number of Logo programs to solve various problems as the course progresses. |

| Final Exam for term 2 is on Wednesday, February 23 from 8:15 to 10:15 AM in the Curry Gym. The exam is closed book and bring pencils and an open mind. |
