***NEW*** REQUIZ POLICY

Beginning in Term 2, AT MY DISCRETION, students may requiz on any quiz  in which they missed key concepts.  In order to requiz, the student must complete the following steps prior to the requiz deadline:

1.   Bring the quiz to me so that we can review the missed concepts.

2.   Complete and correct additional problems (assigned by me) involving the concepts.

3.   Set up a date to requiz.  Requizzes WILL NOT be given during tutorial.
