Provide students with the knowledge needed to understand, participate in, and enjoy the art of music as a life-long activity.

Provide opportunities that develop memory, discovery, self expression, observation, concentration, and risk taking.

Offer appropriate musical opportunities at the various stages of growth and musical development.

Homecoming: October 11, Saturday- Senior School-3rd, 4th and 5th grade sing the Alma Mater. Meet in the Mellon gymnasium at 1:50. Wear an SSA shirt to show support for ourschool.

Winter Festival of the Arts: December 19, Friday- Parents are welcome- 1:30 pm
