The Shady Side Academy Senior School is a place where great learning
happens every day. It is a School founded on Guiding Principles and
supportive of student learning across a wide variety of experiences.
From the rigors of our classrooms to the competition of our playing
fields, from the overseas experiences of our International Program to
the productions in the Hillman Center for the Performing Arts, the students
of Shady Side Academy Senior School are constantly learning. They learn
from a caring and committed faculty who knows its students well. They
learn because of the experiences those faculty members help create.
Those experiences, in turn, help mold our students into the thoughtful
leaders they will become.

We know that adolescence offers a time of incredible
development in the lives of children. Only when we thoughtfully
take advantage of the opportunity to facilitate learning can we
help our students develop fully. The Shady Side Academy Senior School
does just that, helping students learn in all they do. We often
speak of our curriculum as "all that we do with intention,"
and we do everything with intention. |
Come visit our campus to see the Shady Side Academy Senior School
