Each year, the Shady Side Academy Junior School's fifth grade instrumental ensemble visits the Schenley Gardens Senior Living community to perform holiday music for the residents as an annual class service project. This is just one way our fifth grade leaders live out the Shady Side Way.

This year, the students performed on Thursday, Dec. 8. The students, under the direction of instrumental music teacher Ruth Ann Modic, did a wonderful job, and the residents enjoyed listening to their music and chatting with them after the performance.
